Returned rugs must be:
Unused and unwashed
In the same condition as received
With original tags attached
In original packaging and suitable for resale
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aladdinrugs.co.uk before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
If required, we can arrange a return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of this service will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Some rugs are made to order and produced specifically for you. These items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
